Posted: 30 Sep 2012 07:04 PM PDT

Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V or GTA 5) is an upcoming video game Rockstar North that is currently being developed. It is 15th installment in therenowned Grand Theft Auto video game series. It was back on the 25th of October, 2011 that GTA 5 was announced. On the 2nd of November, 2011, the first trailer for GTA 5 was released on the Rockstar Games official website. Two screenshots of the game were released by Rockstar on the Rockstar Games blog on the 12th of July, 2012.

Location of GTA 5

It was confirmed by Rockstar Games on the 3rd of November, 2011 that the location of the game is in Los Santos and the countryside surrounding it. It was also confirmed that a recreated rendition of a whole State of San Andreas will not be featured. GTA 5 is being touted as the most ambitious game created by Rockstar. The game heads to the city, beaches, countryside and the surrounding hills of Los Santos.

Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V or GTA 5) - Upcoming Features

Protagonist of GTA 5

As was shown in the trailer, it appears that a Caucasian middle-aged American might be the protagonist of the upcoming GTA game. However, Rockstar has not yet confirmed whether or not this Caucasian middle-aged American is actually the game's protagonist. So it is possible he just another character from the game.

Vehicles in GTA 5

Based on the trailer, a myriad of vehicles, such as airplanes, convertible cars, emergency service cars, helicopters, jet skis, motorcycles, and utility vehicles will be included in GTA 5. Unlike the map in GTA 4, the map in GTA 5 is much bigger and because of the map's size, Rockstar confirmed that players will also get to fly airplanes in the game as well. Overhead wires can be seen in a brief scene in the trailer, which are most likely railway track wires.

Businesses in GTA 5

Based on the trailer, businesses that appeared in GTA 4 are also will also be appearing in the upcoming GTA game. The trailer also showed new businesses, such as the fast food restaurant Up-n-Atom Burger, and the fumigation company, Bugstars.

Weaponry in GTA 5

Currently, Rockstar has not completely reveled what weaponry will be featured in GTA 5. However, the trailer did show weapons, such as Norinco Type 56-2 assault rifles with mounted lasers, polymer furniture, side-folding stocks, and sound suppressors. Perhaps suppressed weaponry makes a return in the upcoming game. The trailer also showed a man playing golf but it is not certain whether or not a Golf Club will be a melee weapon in the game.

In light of this information, it is not surprising that GTA 5 is the most anticipated game of 2012. The video games from the Grand Theft Auto Series, especially GTA 4 and GTA San Andreas have always been popular among hardcore gamers. Gamers had already begun searching for GTA 4 Cheats and GTA San Andreas Cheats soon after the release of these two popular GTA games. So it is most likely the gamers are already looking around for GTA 5 cheats to enhance their experience of playing the upcoming game. Rockstar has not yet officially announced a release date for GTA 5, but the game is expected to be released sometime soon and everyone is looking forward to its release!

Nokia’s Classic Snake Comes To Life!!!!

Posted: 30 Sep 2012 06:55 PM PDT

I loved my Nokia 3310 phone that thing was awesome. The most awesome thing about it though was like most other Nokia phones back then it had the amazing Snake game on it. Despite being so simple Snake was responsible for stealing many hours away from people all over the world. It is a classic game and in may years I am sure it will bee sees as one of if not the most significant mobile game of all time. Could Snake on the old Nokia phones some day be seen in the same light that Tetris is on the original Game Boy? I certainly think it is a possibility.

There have been a few I guess you could say official sequels to snake I remember Snake II. Snake II was actually a pretty big improvement and introduced a few new elements including really cool bugs. Snake eventually would get a really cool graphical upgrade as mobile phone technology would improve. Snake went on to look like a game that would appear on the Super Nintendo and Sega Mega Drive. And now modern Snake has evolved to feature full 3D graphics. Its pretty crazy how far this little game has come. Snake has appeared on far more than just Nokia's, but that Nokia is what many people think of when they think about the game Snake.

Now some hard core gamers have brought the classic Nokia Snake game to life. Using nothing more that some glow in the dark tape and some shopping carts. These guys have completely managed to capture the spirit of this classic game perfectly. I especially love the way they managed to capture that frustrating moment in Snake when you fail to line up properly with one of the blocks and you have to go all the way around again.
It looks so simple, but the effort and dedication that was put into this really is amazing. It is one of those videos that once you start watching it you cannot take your eyes away from it. If you are a gamer I am sure you will get a big kick out of this video. I cannot wait to see what these guys come up with next.
